Warranty Policy
Please read the following Warranty Policy and Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Drive On Auto Parts. By purchasing from us, you agree to all terms stated below.
1. Warranty Period
1.1 We cover all products sold by Drive On Auto Parts with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless we state otherwise on the product listing or invoice.
1.2 The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
1.3 The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors.
2. Warranty Activation
2.1 The warranty period begins on the delivery date that the shipping carrier confirms in its delivery record.
2.2 Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for all warranty claims.
3. Warranty Limitations
3.1 This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Drive On Auto Parts.
3.2 We limit the warranty to a replacement or refund of the defective part only, at our discretion.
Labor costs, installation charges, towing, diagnostic fees, or any related expenses are not covered.
3.3 Any product that has undergone below details will void the warranty.:
- Improperly installed
- Modified or altered
- Used for racing or off-road applications (unless specified)
- Subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident Â
3.4 We do not accept returns for electrical parts once you install or plug them in, unless you prove they are defective.
3.5 Replacement parts provided under warranty do not extend or restart the original 30-day warranty period.
4. Items Not Covered Under Warranty
The following are not covered under the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear items
- Damage due to overheating, lack of lubrication, or improper maintenance
- Damage caused by accidents, collisions, or environmental conditions
- Parts damaged during installation or removal
- Any part installed without following manufacturer specifications
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
5. Warranty Claim Process
5.1 To initiate a warranty claim, contact us within the 30-day warranty period at: support@driveonautoparts.com
5.2 Include the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the defect (if applicable)
5.3 Do not return any item without receiving prior authorization. We may refuse unauthorized returns.
5.4 Once we approve the claim, we will provide instructions for return, replacement, or refund.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 You must ship approved warranty returns back in their original condition unless we instruct you otherwise.
6.2 Shipping costs for warranty returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
6.3 If we approve a refund, we will issue it to the original payment method.
7. Cancellations
7.1 Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages., including but not limited to loss of time, loss of use, or loss of income.
8.2 Our maximum liability under any claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
9. Disclaimer
9.1 All warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 30-day warranty period stated above.
9.2 Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you.
10. Governing Law
10.1 The laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania govern and interpret this Warranty Policy and all transactions conducted by Drive On Auto Parts, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
